This information is kept confidential and is never sold to third parties; it's shared only where necessary to complete your order (for example, with our courier partner for delivery). 4. Discounts & Offers

Any discount or promotional offer we run may carry its own conditions, including specific start and end times (stated in Indian Standard Time). Offers are not valid outside these windows, cannot be combined with other promotions, and have no cash-equivalent value. Unless stated otherwise, offers are limited to one per customer. We reserve the right to amend, extend, or withdraw any offer at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders & Production Timelines

Orders can be placed directly through our website. All orders are subject to review and are not confirmed until we send you an order confirmation email — placing an order is a request to purchase, not a guaranteed sale.

Because each category of footwear we make involves a different production process, timelines vary by line:

Ready-to-Wear: Dispatched the next working day, typically arriving within 7 working days.
Made-to-Order Mainline: Made specifically to your specifications; please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for production.
Customised Pairs (including bespoke detailing such as toe taps): Involves additional handwork and finishing; please allow up to 5-6 weeks for completion.

We operate Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. While we coordinate closely with our logistics partners, occasional delays can happen for reasons outside our control — we'll keep you informed if that happens. Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking details.

6. Payment & Duties

We take care of all duties and import taxes for you.

All duties and taxes are already built into the price, so there are no additional charges, hidden costs, or customs payments upon delivery.

The price you pay at checkout is the final price. Simply place your order, and we’ll take care of the rest — ensuring your Edwin's arrive at your doorstep without any customs hassle.

7. Refunds

You're entitled to a refund of any payment made to us if we're unable to provide the Service you paid for. Refund timelines follow the specific policy for the Service or order type in question (see our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy). Refund requests must be raised within the timeframe stated in those policies — requests made after that window may not be eligible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, photography, text, and branding — is the property of Edwin Park Shoemaker. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership, licence, or intellectual property rights in that content.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party will be held liable for a failure to meet an obligation under these Terms where that failure is caused or delayed by circumstances beyond reasonable control (a force majeure event).

10. Unauthorised Use

Unauthorised use of this website or our Services may result in action against you under these Terms or applicable law. You agree not to use the website or Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates Indian law.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, India.
