Cancellation Policy

At Edwin Park Shoemaker, every pair we make is handled with care, and that includes how we handle cancellations. Please read the points below before placing your order.

Q: Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

Yes. You can cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered production.

Q: Why is there only a 24-hour window to cancel?

Once 24 hours have passed, your order moves into our production phase — cutting, stitching, and lasting begin, and materials are committed to your specific order. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Q: How do I cancel my order within the 24-hour window?

Contact us at [team@edwinpark.com] as soon as possible, quoting your order number. We recommend reaching out well before the 24-hour mark to avoid missing the window.

Q: If I cancel in time, will I get a refund? Yes. If your order is cancelled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be initiated immediately and should reflect in your original payment method within 7 working days.

Q: What if I placed a customised order — can I still cancel it?

No. Customised orders are non-cancellable, regardless of the 24-hour window. Because these pairs are made to your specific measurements and specifications, production begins as soon as the order is confirmed, and materials are cut specifically for you.

Q: How do I know if my order counts as "customised"?

Any order involving personalised sizing, custom design details, monogramming, or made-to-measure specifications is considered a customised order. This will be indicated at the time of purchase.
